Hi,
I received multiple email notifications from Amazon regarding a Return Reminder. I have requested a return for this item: Corsair iCUE H115i Elite CAPELLIX XT RGB Watercooler, 280mm Radiator, 2 x AF140 ELITE RGB PWM Fans. The courier picked up the package on August 13. I have video footage of the courier pick-up, and I can share it with the relevant parties if requested.
Additionally, I saw there was a return for an item named Corsair 4000D Airflow Tempered Glass Mid-Tower ATX PC Case - Black, which is part of the same order ID. I have not requested a return of this product and I am currently using it. The return status shows it is completed.
I think there was mishandling of the actual product that was returned here. The correct product that I shipped back was, in fact, Corsair iCUE H115i Elite CAPELLIX XT RGB Watercooler, 280mm Radiator, 2 x AF140 ELITE RGB PWM Fans, and NOT a Corsair 4000D Airflow Tempered Glass Mid-Tower ATX PC Case - Black.
I tried calling into Amazon customer service multiple times but every time, the customer service representative could not help me to resolve the issue. I was told that they could only help me if I am charged again for the item that was returned. This is unacceptable to me, as I do not see why do I need to call Amazon to dispute an item that I have already returned?
This is causing great inconvenience to me as I have to call my bank to terminate my credit card in order for Amazon not to charge me again on August 31.
I sincerely hope somebody reading this email can help me resolve this issue.

I completed my order but I couldn't withdrawal my money. It's only showing that my money is being pending of which the system is showing that in less than 24 hours.
You can do your withdrawal anytime when you complete your order but my own. I don't know what is happening.
The answer my ID number and I send out to today. They have not checked anything

Received an email saying the item has been shipped. The seller gave a FedEx tracking ID.
I tried to track the item, but the ID number is not valid. I tried contacting the seller, but the seller has left Amazon. I wish to cancel the order because it is very suspicious. The seller's name is Reza Dwi Store.

The detergent was not packed properly, and the spill got onto the goods that were packed with it. The two bottles of supplements are kind of soaked in the spill.
Now I question whether the supplements are safe to eat. I would like the two bottles of supplements replaced.

The pasta that were delivered are infested with bugs. Now I have to clean my kitchen as these bugs can contaminate all my rice,noodles etc.

I was tele conversation with Amazon staff Mr Harsh last night regarding of my Order #: 112-031****-686**** defective.
Amazon ask me to ship back item arrange by my self and they can refurn uopn receiving the item. Refundable amound for shippoing cost SGD 150.
I tried to reserch for shipping cost around in Singapore to UAS which is more than SGD 200 and does'nt make any snese shipping cost is higher than the item cost.
However I have sent back the item with Singpost on 5th Sep 2024. Carrier fee is SGD161.

I have two charges on my credit card from Amazon.com, which I did not make, and they are substantial. Please refund them.
Both charges are for US$1499.62, and were made on the 18th of September. The credit card number is 5425 50** **18 8169.

Return not picked up
When the return was not picked up on the appointed day, I tried calling customer service but impossible to get through. Two days later the parcel was finally picked up.
Unauthorised deductions from credit card
I wanted to cancel my prime subscription in May 2024 because I was not using it. After 2 hours of searching, finally got someone on live chat, gave all my details and cancelled subscription.
But money is still deducted from my account. Now I want a refund.
