Not yet receive any call from Amazon Singapore even though they or their designated company made a mistake for wrong delivery.
Why Amazon Singapore not to get in contact with me ?
The items which are not my name and address still put at my doorsteps. I have no idea what I can do anymore. nothing has been resolved.

G'day Amazon,
What a hassle trying to find Amazon's contact details for queries! This problem is clearly reported at all levels by your customers when one tries to search online for the details!
Even Amazon's instruction in their "no-reply" email is false, "Your feedback helps us improve our service and quality.
To leave feedback on your order, please visit https://www.amazon.sg/feedback."
When I click the link, all I see is a dog's pic, with an accompanying message stating that Amazon's link cannot be found!! Screenshot of Amazon SG's lies are attached again for all Amazon customers to see! Terrible lies by Amazon Singapore!
I have further points to raise with Amazon Singapore:
1. I refer to the statement in your email, "Since the shipment has not been confirmed by the seller, your credit card has not been charged...", that statement of yours is totally incorrect!
Proof was attached by me showing that my Card was charged $81.36 by Amazon in an earlier complaint to Pissed Off Consumer! How is it that Amazon, being a big company can declare false declarations such as this? The screenshot also shows part of a local address ie "5B Toh Guan Road".
2. However, without one word in an email to aplogies, Amazon SG refunded my money quietly ONLY AFTER my initial complaint to Pissed Off Consumer!

Why would you not apologise (in writing) for your glaring mistake? Were you in SG trained to do such sneaky & unspeakable acts? To me, your actions show defiance and poor conduct, unbecoming of a big company like yours! I do hope the Fair Trading act takes up interest in this case!
4.
Learn to be like Shopee where their customers can reach them at any time! Amazon SG likes to hide from their customers and our collective testaments (online) to not being able to contact you shows proof of poor management!
Shame on you Amazon SG!!

Bad Delivery
Delivery personnel frequently leave parcels on top of condos public mailbox area instead of delivering packages to doorstep even when customers are home & then marked packages as delivered. Customers will have to hunt down the packages themselves.
Sometimes packages are lost.
And despite providing feedback to Amazon, the situation persists. I have stopped buying on Amazon because of this.

I ordered my product on 26th Aug. 25, and the actual delivery date shown was on 3rd Sept.
and later changed to 4th and so on. Today is 6th Sept., and I didn't receive any email or response from the team, which really disappoints me, and I'm never getting/ordering a thing from Amazon again.

Verified ReviewerI cannot sign in to my account due to i had changed both mobile number and my credit card.
Please, I cannot sign in to my Amazon account for a year due to the fact that I changed my mobile number, and then my credit card was lost. The bank issued a new one, which required me to change the credit card number. So now I cannot pass the two-factor authentication and cannot sign in to my account for a year.

I already cancelled in March and never use Amazon prime but has been deducted from my bank account.$5.99 & $10.99 in April and $5.99 & $10.99 in May in total $33.96.I have many times contacted you but you didn’t reply me.I have already talked to my bank about it.They said you need to refund me. I already cancelled and non member now so Could you refund me $ 33.96 immediately please?
